Building a Plate
A plate of oil and water is first created. Since the two will never mix, the oil and water have a lava lamp-like effect.
Digital Manipulation
Using a series of feedback loops, digital distortion and mirroring, live video of the plate is manipulated to create an evolving image.
Glitch it!
The digitally manipulated image is then run through a number of glitches. Breaking down the image and creating a unique digital finished product.
